Corporate Events & Team Building in Rome

One programme, one contracting party, one mobile number. For groups of 20 to 60 that need Rome to work the first time.

Most team-building in Rome is sold as a catalogue: a treasure hunt from one supplier, a cooking class from another, a dinner you book yourself, and a coach that cannot stop where the restaurant is. It works for twelve people. At fifty it stops working, and it stops working on the day.

We are a Rome project office for culture and events. We design the programme, select and vet every supplier on it, and run the day with our own coordinators. You buy one programme from one party, with one compliant Italian invoice through our licensed tour operator partner, and you have one mobile number — the project manager’s — from first arrival to last transfer.

We are not the cheapest option in Rome. We are the one that has already thought about the sunset time, the crowd at Trevi at one o’clock, where twelve golf carts park while you have lunch, and what happens if it rains on a Thursday in November.

Three signature programmes

Each is a whole day, not an activity. Prices per person, net of VAT, for groups of 40–60; smaller groups are quoted as a flat fee. Every price is a starting point. The final figure depends on the availability of the supplying tour operator and of our partner suppliers, on the size of the group and on the season.

📸

Rome in 12 Frames — the golf-cart photo challenge

Three convoys of golf carts in the morning light, a licensed guide and a coordinator per convoy, radio headsets for everyone, a professional photographer moving between the groups. Twelve frames to capture in three hours, one shared frame where all convoys converge, a thirteenth revealed at the awards. Lunch where the carts stop, the afternoon free, aperitivo and dinner with all of you at one table and the gallery on the screen. Twenty edited photographs in your inbox by 09:00 the next morning.

Full day 20–60 guests
Activity from €210 · Signature day from €510 per person
👨‍🍳

Roman Kitchen Challenge — the cooking contest that produces your dinner

Teams, chefs, three courses of Roman tradition, a jury and the menu you cooked served at the table. Run in the evening, so it does not fight the daylight, in kitchens sized for the group — or two sittings, agreed with you in writing before you sign. Inside the Full Experience day it follows the morning on the carts and ends with a party.

Evening or full day 20–60 guests
From €120 · Full Experience day from €575 per person
🚶

Rome on Foot — the walking photo challenge

Three groups, three licensed guides, radio headsets, a route that avoids the crowd windows and ends where dinner is. The honest option for a lighter budget: a good day, a shorter afternoon, and still all of you together in the evening.

Half or full day 20–60 guests
Activity from €55 · Full day from €330 per person

More formats on request, designed for the group rather than pulled from a shelf: a welcome evening in the illuminated city, a Friday morning inside Nero’s Domus Aurea, a private opening of a Roman palazzo, a gladiator training on the Appian Way, a short-film challenge in vintage cars.

Tournaments, games and evenings

For the second day, the evening after the plenary, or the group that has already seen the Colosseum. Priced on the venue, the transfers and the distance from your hotel, so there is no list price: tell us the headcount and we come back with a shape and a figure.

🏓

Table tournaments

Table football, ping-pong and pool, in brackets drawn by us, with a referee, a scoreboard and a final everyone watches. In a private club or a venue we take over for the evening, with food and drink built in.

🎾

Padel and basketball

Courts blocked for the group, kits in your colours, a coach who runs the rotation so nobody sits for an hour, a mixed-level format so the marketing team can beat the board. Showers, transfers and an aperitivo after.

🎲

Risiko and board-game nights

Risiko, Catan, Codenames and the Italian classics, at tables of four to six, with a game master per room and a running leaderboard. A wine list and a late kitchen. Works in a palazzo, a private room in a restaurant, or your own hotel.

🍷

Tasting challenges and quiz nights

Blind wine or olive-oil tastings scored by team, a Rome quiz written for your group, a street-food challenge across a neighbourhood with a licensed guide. Designed to end at the table, with all of you together.

How a group of fifty actually gets handled

Twenty people per group, maximum. One licensed guide per group — Italian law reserves commentary at monuments and sites to guides on the national register, and we do not run it any other way. One coordinator per group, a different person from the guide, because the guide is talking. Radio headsets for every participant: a guide is inaudible to seventeen people on a Roman street. One tour director with one mobile number. Convoys of three or four carts, ten minutes apart, on separate loops that converge at the photo stops — twelve carts in a line is a procession, and that is a different authorisation.

What you get before you pay anything

On appointment, within 48 hours, in writing.

📄

The programme, confirmed

Every venue, guide and vehicle blocked in writing. Every later variation reaches you in writing before you commit; after the deposit the price is fixed.

🛡️

The compliance pack

Public liability cover with insurer and limits, each guide’s national register number, the cart fleet’s municipal authorisation, venue licences, the tour operator’s company details.

🌧️

A written wet-weather plan

An indoor alternative booked in advance for every outdoor block, not found on the day. Decided jointly by 18:00 the evening before. If we call it, no penalty and no change to the price.

📋

A risk assessment per block

Meeting points, the nearest toilets at every stop, what happens if a cart stops or someone is unwell, the chain of command, one number for the client.

Who this is for

Corporate offsites and incentive days of 20 to 60 people. Agencies and DMCs outside Italy who need a Rome partner they can put in front of their own client, with a net price and a programme they can forward as it is. International organisations based in Rome that host delegations and workshops through the year.

How we work, in four lines. Tell us the dates, the headcount, the hotel or area, and what is already in the diary. Within 48 hours you get a recommended shape with a price, two alternatives, and the questions that change the design. Twenty minutes on a call, by appointment. On appointment, everything blocked in writing within 48 hours.

No — and neither does anyone else in Rome for a group this size. Venues, licensed guides and the authorised cart fleet are blocked on appointment, in writing, within 48 hours.
Our licensed Italian tour operator partner: one invoice, VAT-compliant, with the company details in the compliance pack. We work with more than one, so your date decides the team, not our diary.

Yes — team kits, clue books, prizes and the gift with the winning photographs can be produced by you or your client; we design and integrate them and credit their cost.

The standard, in one line

Nobody waits without knowing why and for how long. Nothing reaches you from anyone but the tour director. Every delay is communicated before it is noticed. You never pay a surprise. People are counted, not estimated.
