Booking Engine (BE)

Fly & Drive

Travel formula combining flight and car rental at destination, sold as a package by the TO. The traveler moves autonomously following a suggested itinerary, with pre-booked overnight stays. For the Tour Leader, Fly & Drive is rare as an accompanying assignment (the customer travels alone), but frequently appears in incoming TO catalogs as FIT product. Knowing this formula is useful for dealing with the booking office and managing clients who purchased Fly & Drive with a guided extension.
FOC (Free of Charge)
General Terminology
Acronym meaning ‘free’ or ‘without cost charged’. Used in operational documentation to indicate services or benefits provided without payment.
Customs Allowance
